The VXV Concepts Med-Chassis is an ambidextrous, low-profile first aid pouch designed for fast, secure, and intuitive use in demanding conditions. The pouch's design allows for easy removal and reinsertion of IFAK contents from either side, making it an excellent solution for dynamic and stressful situations.

Large laser-cut pull loops provide excellent grip even with gloves and ensure quick use in all conditions. A wide back panel pass-through allows for direct attachment to a belt or MOLLE/PALS webbing without additional adapters.

Two narrow PALS columns allow for the attachment of additional pockets or shock cords, for example for tourniquets, improving the overall versatility and accessibility of first aid equipment.

The Med-Chassis is compatible with several IFAK inserts, such as the AXL Advanced Medical Organizer Insert, and is ideal for both law enforcement and military use.
