Driven Arms Co Standard Forged Slip Fit Magwell – faster reloads for AR15 rifles

The Driven Arms Co Standard Forged Slip Fit Magwell (SFM) is a magwell designed for standard mil-spec forged AR15 lowers, speeding up reloads and making magazine changes more reliable in all situations. The wider magazine well naturally guides the magazine into place, reducing failed reloads and improving weapon handling in competitive shooting, at the range, and in professional or military use.

The Slip Fit design allows for quick installation without any permanent modifications to the firearm. The magwell attaches securely around the frame and blends seamlessly with the AR15's original design, maintaining the weapon's ergonomics and compact profile.

Driven Arms Co has optimized the magwell geometry to increase the surface area of the magazine opening exactly where it’s needed, without unnecessary bulk or weight. The result is a more natural reloading motion and faster magazine changes, even while wearing gloves or in low-light conditions.

Installation

Thanks to the Slip Fit mounting design, the tension screw does not require high torque.

1. Tighten the screw until the split mounting point of the magwell just starts to close and the parts touch each other.
2. After this, tighten the screw a little less than half a turn to reach final tightness.

Note: Do not overtighten the screw. The Slip Fit design locks securely into place with only light torque.
