The Esstac Single 5.56 Shorty KYWI Pouch is a low-profile AR magazine pouch designed for users who demand quick magazine changes, a secure grip, and a durable construction. The Shorty model offers excellent accessibility and is especially suitable for situations where speed and freedom of movement are a priority.

The magazine pouch utilizes Esstac's renowned KYWI (Kydex Wedge Insert) construction , which holds the magazine securely in place without flaps, Velcro, or tension straps. The construction allows for smooth one-handed magazine changes while keeping the magazine securely in place even when moving.

The internal kydex reinforcement provides a firm yet practical hold: the magazine will not come off accidentally, but is easy to pull out when needed. The low profile of the Shorty model makes the pouch particularly quick to use and reduces snagging on equipment.

The magazine pouch is made of durable 500D Cordura® nylon that can withstand heavy use in the field, training and competition. The pouch is compatible with MOLLE/PALS systems and is suitable for attachment to a combat belt, plate carrier or equipment rig, for example.

Available with or without front PALS slots , depending on your application. Malice Clips are included for mounting.
